Push & pull module
A key highlight of the Autark 5.0 is the cleverly designed push & pull module: It can be switched in the blink of an eye, enabling two completely different types of exercise on one element. In the push position, you perform classic chest press movements - targeting the chest, shoulders and triceps. In the pull position, the same module becomes a rowing station - perfect for back and bicep training. The stable guide ensures clean and controlled movements.
Adjustable training arms
The side-mounted training arms have a wide range of movement of 190 degrees and can be adjusted in height and angle in several stages. This makes a wide range of functional exercises possible - such as pull-ups, shoulder presses, chest flies or reverse flies. This flexibility allows you to perform a varied, close-to-the-body workout.
Lat pull-down module
An outstanding feature of the Autark 5.0 is the lat pulldown module, which is equipped with a lat bar to specifically train your upper back. The lat bar allows you to build up your back and bicep muscles effectively and gently on your joints. The lat bar's adjustment mechanism allows you to customise the resistance so that you can perform both beginner and advanced workouts. This exercise not only targets the latissimus, but also trains the shoulders and upper arms - ideal for an effective, broad back profile.
Leg extension and flexor module
The Autark 5.0 also offers an efficient leg extension and flexor module that helps you to specifically train your thigh muscles. The leg extension focuses on the quadriceps (thigh extensor), while the leg flexor targets the hamstring area (back of the thigh). The position of both modules can be adjusted quickly and easily so that you can customise the exercise to your individual needs and training goals. Perfect for strengthening your legs and protecting your joints at the same time.
Triceps & abdominal module
