Customisable for versatile workouts
The HAMMER Smith Machine Multi is equipped with a wide range of accessories and can be optionally extended with dip handles, a leg press or a latissimus seat. This allows you to customise your training and make it even more varied.

Maximum training safety
The safety bars offer additional protection during training, especially during squats and other exercises. They catch the barbell if you are unable to complete the movement.

Use all your weight discs
All holders and racks are compatible with weight disc diameters of 30 and 50 mm. This means you can use both standard and Olympic weight plates.

Landmine holder & handle included
The landmine offers a variety of functional exercises for the upper body, core and legs. It is perfect for shoulder, back and abdominal training and helps to improve stability, strength and mobility.

Train with resistance bands
The multi press offers the option of attaching resistance bands with hooks to intensify your training. This flexible add-on option enables dynamic resistance training sessions that take your strength, stability and musculature to a new level.
